This is Softmaker Office for Windows CE and Windows Mobile 6.x, just look at the functionality that it has and what Microsoft has missing from their latest foray into office support with Windows Phone 7. I love cloud support and the viewers, but while the interface below is busy, I still have a more complete application experience. These older Windows Mobile 6.x applications proves Microsoft could do this easily on their platform and someone had already done it..

I have said this once and I will say it again, Microsoft I love the hub, I hate the apps.. Buy Softmaker’s application and PORT it… It’s a winner… The functionality is amazing and it’s something I loved about the previous Windows Mobile..

When competing with products like this on Apple Mobile Devices

The strategy in the future needs to change for office… While Microsoft is doing some really great innovation with the cloud capability.. However the apps need to be seriously better on Windows Phone 7..

Microsoft has everything great but the last mile of the product..
